Cypress Pointe is an elite, small, gated community, and as our villa is situated in the top corner with no passing traffic, it is extremely peaceful.
Pool & Spa The south facing pool is large enough to exercise in with additional blower for added bubbles if you desire in the Spa. The built in lanai allows for seating in the shade, and the outdoor table will seat 10 for a holiday family meal cooked on the BBQ. An extended deck gives plenty of room for lounging and reading in the sun.
The villa layout easily accommodates 10 people whether you want to socialise together, or separately. Free high speed broadband means you are never out of touch. As you would expect the villa has central aircon, a screened pool area, a monitored security system, and a local management team.
Living area: U-shaped settee for easy lounging or seating for the family with added chairs and ottomans, 55" LCD cable TV with Blu-Ray and Netflix. Access to the Lanai and pool area.
Kitchen: Very spacious work area, all the usual appliances including icemaker and garbage disposal, high specification equipment including coffee maker, juicer etc. Large inventory of tableware, cutlery and breakfast bar.
